Q: What’s on the menu?

A: Our subscription menu contains breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. You may also order only lunch or lunch and dinner at $8/meal. 


Q: Can I pick my food up?

A: We do not have a pickup option at this time. We are located in Plantersville, TX.


Q:How much is delivery?

A: Delivery is $15 per order whether we come once or twice in a week. We deliver to the following zip codes:

Q: When are my meals delivered?

A:We deliver on MONDAYS between 6:00 and 9:15 and THURSDAYS between 6:00 and 9:15. We will contact you before we head your way; and will leave your food in an insulated thermal bag at your doorstep if you are not home to accept delivery. You will receive a message that your meals have been delivered.


Q: When should I place my order?

A: We currently delivery on MONDAYS and THURSDAYS. This ensures we get fresh food to you! Place your order by:

8 PM THURSDAY for MONDAY delivery


Q: How do I order?

A: Place Subscription and Weekly orders here: Weekly orders just skip the breakfast section.

Q: Is there a minimum order?

A: If ordering subscription, you must order for at least 3 days. If not ordering by subscription, you must order at least five meals. 


Q: Can I order for a future date?

A: You can. Make note of this when you place your order.


Q: How can I make a donation?

A:      If you choose to make a donation, this must be sent before we will deliver your order.

Q: Can I freeze my meals?

A: Aside from soups, stews, and smoothies which may come frozen, we do not recommend freezing meals as it negatively affects the quality and texture of your foods. We do not use any chemical preservatives or additives; please consume your food within 5 days of receiving it to ensure freshness. Please keep frozen items frozen until the day before you are ready to consume. Defrost in refrigerator only.


Q: How should I reheat my meals?   

A: We recommend placing a damp paper towel over your container and reheating your meals for 2-3 minutes on “low.” Microwave strength does vary.


Q: Should I return my containers?

A: The containers are reusable for personal use. We do not accept used containers for reuse for sanitation purposes. Please return bags and blue ice packs, however. Clear ice packs can be thrown away or recycled.


Q: Can I get a refund if I’m not satisfied?

A: You may receive a 100% refund if you let us know of your dissatisfaction within 24 hours of delivery. 

Q: Can I order breakfast by itself?

A: Breakfast is only available as part of the subscription plan.


Q: How long will my meals last?

A: We recommend consuming meals within five days unless frozen.


Q: Can I make modifications?

A: We cannot accommodate modifications. We suggest instead that you order an item that is more suited to your taste.


Q: Do you measure your portions?

A: Yes, protein by pre-cooked weight.

Q: Do you have a vegetarian menu?

A: Not at this time.  

Q: Do you have a vegan menu?

A: We do not. 


Q: Do you have a gluten-free menu?

A: We do NOT have a specifically gluten free menu. We suggest that you order menu items that are naturally gluten free (protein and vegetable, for instance).

Q: Do you have a kid's menu?

A: We do! We offer five kid's meal options each week. They are $4 each.
